Order processing can take up to 2 business days once you receive your order confirmation, and does not include the shipping speed chosen at checkout. 

Orders that are placed on weekends, Saturday & Sunday, or holidays will generally begin processing at the start of the next business week. 

Orders placed on federal holidays will begin processing the following day, per carrier rules.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, which excludes holidays. All products on the website are subject to availability, and you will be informed if we are unable to fill your order. 

Products that are ordered once our stock has been exhausted will receive an email detailing that they have ordered a product that is on back order. 

You will be able to request a refund if the wait time for our product is longer than anticipated.

Products that are out of stock during fulfillment will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient information. That includes all of the following: 

  • Recipient Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Phone Number for their order

Once we have shipped your order, we cannot change any of the following information: 

  • Shipping Name
  • Shipping Address

Any orders fulfilled with the incorrect name or Shipping Address are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not bear responsibility for incorrect shipping details provided to us.

Any major changes to your shipment details can cause delays in processing. Please double-check the information you provided before placing your order to ensure we can deliver the package correctly. 

Once the order confirmation has been received via email, the sale is final and cannot be changed. We automatically begin processing your order once it is received in our system. 

Exchanges and refunds are available for non-undergarment items.
